Our 2022 vintage involved macerating a massive amount of siegerrebe grape skins, provided to us by Roost Winery, in cider. After several days, the cider was racked off and fermented to dryness. The results gave us this intensely tropical cider-wine hybrid with flavors of guava, grapefruit, and peach.
