A perfect cider to welcome back the spring. The quince slowly fermented over the winter to preserve its floral scent and was further aged for another year before being blended with cider. Semi-sweet, bright acidity and lightly tannic. Tastes like pineapple, lemon skins, warm honey and orange blossoms. Drink on its own or pair with fresh cheese, creamy pasta or fish.
