A rich and full English style cider. Bulmer's Norman apples from Junction's own estate orchard, and dessert apples from Mill Bay. Semi sweet with soft astrincy, we taste toffee, burnt honey, leather, hay and dried apricots. Serve lightly chilled on it's own, or with charcuterie, aged cheese, or pizza.
