To create this cider, we aged it on fresh blueberries for a few weeks alongside Queen Anne's lace that was hand harvested from our orchard to, preserve the last hints of summer. A hint of sweetness, notes of red wine, blueberry skins and the scent of mild honey. Unfiltered and unfined, some sediment is normal. Serve lightly chilled.
