Fresh, hand picked rhubarb from our neighbours farm was added to our cider.
Just before bottling, we added an in house crafted rhubarb syrup to add an extra layer of flavour. Tart, bright and lightly sweet to balance out the zing from the rhubarb.
Unfiltered so some sediment is normal.
