Join Teddy's Boxing and Junction Cidery for an exhilarating collaboration event! Experience a 50-minute boxing workout led by Anna Kerevan. Our 3rd collaboration in the orchard with Teddy's and we can't wait to see you all there!
Class Description: 50 min Boxing Fitness Class- A mix of shadow boxing, hand pads, and boxing conditioning. Expect to sweat, have a good time and learn something. This class is non-contact and all skill levels are welcomed.
What's Included:
- Gloves and wraps are included but if you have your own please bring them!
